Modular fiberglass enclosures are offered in curved-roof widths (4′–12′) shipped as single units up to 11′ high, and peaked-roof widths (14′–24′) shipped in two halves. Designed for SCADA, battery, generator, pump, and MCC protection, they feature customizable sizes, door layouts, and insulation options—providing durable, lightweight, and cost-effective alternatives to steel for both new and retrofit installations.

Modular Enclosures – Curved Roof Series

Overview:

Fiberglass modular enclosures offer exceptional flexibility in size, door location, and equipment configuration. Their lightweight, corrosion-free construction makes them ideal for both retrofit and new installations. The fiberglass laminate is guaranteed for 25 years against strength degradation under normal service conditions. Maintenance is virtually eliminated, and any damage can be repaired in the field.

Standard Features:

        • Design Versatility: Available in 4′, 6′, 8′, 10′, and 12′ widths, with a range of lengths and heights to suit specific applications.
        • Durable Construction: ¼″ fire-retardant fiberglass with UV-stabilized gel coat for structural integrity and weather resistance.
        • Sealed Strength: Bolted and sealed internal seams ensure rigidity and water tightness.
        • Insulation Options: Multiple foam insulation packages with R-values from R-17 to R-31.
        • Door Configurations: Wide range of fiberglass door sizes with stainless steel jambs, 3-point padlockable latches, SS rain shields, and optional panic hardware.
        • Lift-Off Design: Factory-installed lifting eyes enable removal or installation without disturbing internal equipment.
        • Factory Integration: Available with HVAC systems, heaters, AC/DC panels, lighting, cable trays, wireways, ventilation, skid bases, and hazardous-location packages.
        • Customization: Options include windows, skylights, roof hatches, sound attenuation, mounting panels, partition walls, containment floors, and fiberglass cable-entry compartments.
        • Finish & Certification: Standard in Light Grey or Willow Green, with custom colors available. Optional PE-stamped structural calculations upon request
