CJP-40 & 41 ~ 35kV 600/900A
The CJP-40 & CJP-41 three phase cable junction pedestal direct buried series is made with fire retardant fiberglass and protected with UV stabilized gel coat. Optional 600/900A 15/25 kV 2/3/4-Way Cooper junctions with 6″ centers on slant (non slant available) or 2/3/4-Way Elastimold junctions with 4″ centers inline with (6) parking stands below are also offered. We certify that all cable junction pedestals conforms to IEEE C57-12-28 Padmounted Enclosure Integrity Standard.
Description
Our three phase direct buried CJP-40 & CJP-41 renewable cable junction pedestal series that come with (6) adjustable SS parking stands either above (CJP-40) or below (CJP-41) the junctions are available in the following configurations/options;
- Heights – 41”, 50”, & 56”
- Standard Colors – Willow Green (MG), Munsell Green (MG) or Light Gray (LG). Special colors are also available.
- Parking Stands – (6) Adj SS parking stands below junctions
- Safety – Reflective smooth white gel coat interior finish for stickers to adhere to.
- Lifting – Two lifting nuts located on both sides of the pedestals allowing it to be lifted the same way as a single phase transformer is slung.
- Optional Junctions – Cooper 2/3-Way 600/900A, 150kv or 200kV Bil, 35kV with 6″ centers (Dwg # 3398 & # 3400 ) installed on a slant (non slant versions available)
- Optional Junctions – Elastimold 2/3/4-Way 600/900A, 150kv or 200kV Bil, 35kV with 4″ centers (Dwgs #3397 & 3399)
- Optional Ground Bar – #2 Solid Copper Bus Bar (-GB2), 3/8” Solid Copper Bus Bar (-GB38)
- Optional Ventilation Louvers – (2) SS Louvers W/ SS Screens, 5.1/4″ X 5.1/4″, one each Installed one each side of top
- Optional Extension Sleeves – 18″H (Dwgs #3397 & 3398) or 34″H (Dwgs # 3399 & 3400)
- Optional Cable Support – Stainless Steel Unistrut
- Optional Cable Clamps – Stainless Camps available in various diameters.

Optional 18" and 34" box pads are available.
Options include 600A or 900A, 35 kV, 150 kV/200 kV BIL 2-, 3-, or 4-way junctions, and copper ground bars. All pedestals conform to IEEE C57.12.28 Pad-Mounted Enclosure Integrity Standards.
