CJP-31D ~ 35kV 600/900A
Both the CJP-31D three phase direct buried cable junction pedestal and CJP-31D mounting base is made with fire retardant fiberglass and protected with UV stabilized gel coat . Optional 600/900A 35 kV 2/3-Way Cooper junctions with 6″ centers or 2/3/4-Way Elastimold junctions with 4″ centers are also offered. We certify that all cable junction pedestals conforms to IEEE C57-12-28 Pad mounted Enclosure Integrity Standard.
The three phase direct buried CJP-31D cable junction pedestal is designed for the Windfarm/Solar markets and is available in the following configurations/options;
- Design – Direct Buried
- Heights – 41”, 50”, & 56”
- Top Depth – 32″
- Top Width – 55″
- Standard Colors – Willow Green (MG), Munsell Green (MG) or Light Gray (LG). Special colors are also available.
- Safety – Reflective smooth white gel coat interior finish for stickers to adhere to.
- Lifting – Two lifting nuts located on both sides of the pedestals allowing it to be lifted the same way as a single phase transformer is slung.
- Parking Stands – (6) Adj SS parking stands below junctions
- Optional Elastimold Junctions – 2/3/4-Way, 600A, or 900A, 150kv or 200kV Bil, 35kV with 4″ Centers (Dwgs # 3333 & 3335 )
- Optional Cooper Junctions – 2/3-Way, 600A, or 900A, 150kv or 200kV Bil, 35kV with 6″ Centers (Dwgs #3334 & 3336 )
- Optional Ground Bar – #2 Solid Copper Bus Bar (-GB2), 3/8” Solid Copper Bus Bar (-GB38)
- Optional Louvers – (2) SS Louvers W/ SS Screens, 5.1/4″ X 5.1/4″, one each Installed one each side of top
- Optional Extension Sleeves – 18″H (Dwg # 3333 &3334) or 34″H (Dwgs # 3335 & 3336))
- Optional Cable Support – Stainless Steel Unistrut
- Optional Cable Clamps – Stainless Camps available in various diameters
